Part 3 · Institutional Reflection
Review your institution’s mission, vision, and strategic plan. Please note or find where stakeholder alliances are mentioned and answer the following questions for yourself:
a) Why does your institution need stakeholder engagement and institutional alliances?
b) What does your institution aim to achieve through this engagement and alliances in terms of KPIs, results or impact stated in your official documents?
c) Are there any universities you admire for how they manage their stakeholders? If so, name 2-3 that you would like to benchmark yourself against.
You can record your reflections in a notebook or document to revisit during the in-person session in March 2026.
