Module 1 – Reflective Memo
Dear all,
It has been almost a month now – which is ideal for reflecting on what remains of our discussions in Module 1 on leadership, strategy, governance, and culture. I would like to invite you to draw up a short text (max. 500 words) covering the following aspects:
- Has the workshop changed your understanding of leadership and what the concept entails? If yes, how? If not, do you feel reassured in your previous approach? If so, how?
- What do you consider a leader’s role with regard to the culture(s) of her organisation? How can we influence or strengthen the kind of culture we feel is in line with our ambitions?
- Looking back: what did you miss in the workshop in hindsight? Is there a really hard question you can think of that you feel would help you if answered?
My promise: I will get back to each of you individually based on your reflections – and try to find an answer to your question, wherever I am able to (or look for other people who are better suited than me 😊).
